Andres E. Martinez
Mr. Martinez is a proud Aggie attorney practicing immigration law at our firm. Mr. Martinez has represented clients from all over the world through their immigration process. As a native of South Texas, Mr. Martinez understands the complexity of navigating through the immigration system, be it inside the United States, or in clients’ own countries.
Since becoming licensed by the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Martinez has specialized in all areas of immigration law, ranging from family-based petitions, employment-based cases, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, fiancé petitions, naturalization, and alternative relief such as DACA, VAWA, TPS, and U-visas. Mr. Martinez has represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service and defended many others from deportation in immigration court, including those seeking asylum. Mr. Martinez’s representation is strengthened by his fluency in both English and Spanish.
